Imitation of imitation, both the dandy and the lawn in rolls are initially «fakes». «Dandy» is a fake of «Nintendo», its pirated version. Artificially grown lawn replaces the real natural grass cover. Objects do not reflect themselves, but convey the artificiality of each other. With the help of a ceramic medium, I shift the primary meaning of the object by substituting the material. The choice of the subject is also connected with the fact that in my practice I work with everyday life and interferences in the reality, where I strive to crystallize the moment of the illusory and possible in reality. The everyday details and fragments of everyday places that I depict are a projection of the inhabitants of these places. Artistic comprehension and interpretation of everyday life reveal a large cultural and psychological layer. In this form, objects connect reality with something mimicking it.
